The combustion process in the heat generator is maintained at fairly high temperatures of about 1150 ° C, which ensures complete combustion of fuel and low release of harmful substances. The transfer of grain drying to solid fuel does not carry fundamental changes in the design of the grain dryer, the difference lies only in the annul of new units:
Miras Engineering LLC will conduct a pre-project consultation on re-equipment of grain dryers depending on their type: mine dryers, modular, horizontal or others. The best option for a drying agent will also be chosen - clean air, through a heat exchanger, smoke-tooth or direct flow diluted with burnt gases through a spark extinguisher.
For stable operation of the equipment, proven refractories, servo drives, gear motors are used. Automation of the heat generator makes it easy to control the supply of the drying agent. All the processes of operation of the heat generator are controlled by a controller located in the control panel. The controller works on a program developed by our system technician. One of the convenient functions of the controller is a minute-minute registration on the flash media of all modes of operation of the equipment (subject temperature, current temperature, accidents, etc.) - this allows any interested person to check how the equipment worked in past periods (for the entire period from commissioning).
